Survery For Dietitians

ATTENTION: ALL BARIATRIC DIETITIANS WORKING IN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We are pleased to announce that a Survey has been developed for all dietitians working in bariatric survey to complete.

It is important that we get your views in this survey which will provide vital information to assist with the establishment of Best Practice Guidelines for Australian and New Zealand dietitians working in bariatric nutrition.

The Survey will take approximately half an hour of your time with the outcomes hopefully being made available at the next OSSANZ Conference which takes place in Darwin from 11th to 13th April 2012.

All that you is required is for you to click on the following link which will take you direct to the survey.

Please note that there is more in-depth information about what we are trying to achieve on the first page of the survey.

We trust you will take the time to complete this important survey which will assist in providing clearer guidance to suit practice needs.

This is also a call out to Surgeons who may have dietitian/s in their practice who are not Associate Members of OSSANZ. As non-members they will not have access to this survey and it would be appreciated if you could pass on the survey to them to enable us to capture as many respondents as possible. Should your dietitian want to become an Associate Member of OSSANZ please advise them to email Ms Diane Mungall on info@ossanz.com.au who will provide them with information on Associate Membership.

Thank you, in advance, for taking half and hour of your time to complete this very important survey.
